Bottom Dollar Foods

Bottom Dollar Foods has to be one of my absolute favorite stores to go shop at. This store has some great prices for a lot of stuff. There are some things that are pricey and I buy elsewhere.

The first Bottom Dollar Food model was opened by Food Lion in High Point, NC., on September 21, 2005. Their intentions were to cater to the needs of discount grocery shoppers exclusively in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. This store is becoming extremely popular in New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania. I first started shopping at their Bensalem store in 2010; located at 2134 Street Road, Bensalem, PA 19020. I like the store so much I had found out a lot of information.

I learned that their company was based in Salisbury, NC. Bottom Dollar Foods is I called NC often to find out consumer information and future store openings in NJ. They are very informative and consumer oriented.
My family lives in Greensboro, NC. I frequent there a lot. In 2011, I noticed the Bottom Dollar Foods stores that I would see from I-95 were "disappearing." They started moving up here when their stores down south were bringing in revenue as anticipated.
I have to be very honest about the Bottom Dollar that was in NC. Food Lion is very expensive to shop at. Totally overpriced. I mentioned that because Bottom Dollar was supposed to help the low budget; in fact, it was expensive.

When Piggy Banks Fly...

When they broke ground for the Trenton location in NJ, I was ecstatic! I was at the ribbon cutting ceremony and I was very excited. The word of mouth about this grocery store to all kinds of people had paid off. There are now 13 stores in NJ.
